EXPERIENCE

We have extensive experience in the enterprise applications software space. Our experience covers SAP BW, Cognos and Business Objects package software implementation. We work with clients to first develop effective strategies and implementation roadmaps. We focus on helping clients leverege their data warehouse/BI investments by effectively turning raw transaction data into usable insight that improves business operations in the sales, marketing, supply chain and finance areas.

We also have strong Web App/Client-Server application development experience. Our development focus is on extending package software functionality, data integration and real-time software integration (point-point or message queues). Development technologies used are Java/J2EE, ABAP and C/C++/Objective C technologies. We use HTML/Javascript for browser based UI's.

Consulting Experience

  • Developed supply chain and CRM business intelligence visibility strategy for a high-tech semiconductor client.
  • Conducted assessment of Teradata based BI architecture and technology for a global restaurant chain client.
  • Developed application support strategy for a global restaurant chain client
  • Designed information delivery architecture and standardized key reporting terms for a leading mobility technology client.
  • Developed channel partner strategy for a high tech client and a banking software provider.

BI/Data Warehousing Experience

  • Designed and implemented CFO sponsored SAP BW business intelligence system. that resulted in the creation of standardized global reporting, operating committee management reports and dashboards.
  • Implemented Business Objects as part of a supply chain visibility system. This project provided vital insight into orders and shipments performance which was a key driver of customer satisfaction.
  • Implemented Cognos reporting for a major public sector entity. Developed over 200 reports which included production and analysis reports. Created a data warehouse to support reporting. Implemented ETL using Data Stage and star schema for the warehouse.
  • Implemented Customer, Order Life-cycle and Financial Reporting and Analysis for a multinational computer manufacturer that needed to integrate 2 of its major major acquisitions. Implemented MS Analysis Services and Oracle based Data Warehouse as part of this initiative.
  • Implemented Hyperion Essbase to provide statutory and operational financial reporting for a leading HT client.
  • Implemented data integration of sales channel data with enterprise SAP BW.
  • Implemented product and customer hierarchy master data in SAP in order to better support reporting and analysis requirements.

Web Apps/Client-Server Applications Experience

  • Implemented a web based Product Solution Builder system for a technology client. This B2B software enabled inside sales and channel partners to correctly configure, price, check availability and place orders in real-time. The system supported cross-sell/up sell and was integrated to the client's backend SAP system for real-time order management.
  • Implemented partner management system used to manage relationships with channel partners.
  • Implemented eCommerce System for a leading consumer electronics client
  • Implemented middleware software to integrate ecommerce, ERP and BI systems for a leading software client.
